The Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada provides a recourse mechanism to the national transportation sector regarding administrative actions taken by the Minister of Transport and the Canadian Transportation Agency under various pieces of Federal transportation legislation. The Tribunal holds review and appeal hearings at the request of those affected by these administrative decisions.

If you have been selected to the next step in the selection process, you are required to write an online exam; please note that there are two parts to the exam: Part I will assess your knowledge of the TATC and Part II will assess your ability to analyze and synthesize information and write decisions. In order to prepare for Part I of the exam (knowledge of the TATC), please consult the information on our website including the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act. Part II of the exam will consist in a fictitious scenario opposing two parties; you will be asked to analyse the evidence and arguments and render a determination.|
