In the Winnipeg region, Ms. Warren held the positions of Regional Director, Air Navigation System Requirements, and Director of Regulatory Compliance.

He received his board certification from the American College of Family Practice in 2001. Dr. Seviour has been practicing family medicine since 1994 with a special interest in occupational medicine. He has also been a Transport Canada examiner performing marine medical examinations and commercial diving medicals and has been involved in driver’s medicals and independent reviews for patients injured in auto accidents.

He has held increasingly senior positions within the Department of National Defence (DND), including an exchange posting with the United States Navy.
